Meet our December Gymnasts of the Month!

JO TEAM /McKenzie Harris -McKenzie is 9 years old and a member of the JO White developmental team.  She was chosen gymnast of the month because she pays attention to the little details in her routines and is always ready to listen for the next correction she can make to improve. She is also a leader on her team and an all around great teammate.

XCEL TEAM /Kimora McCoy -Kimora is 12 years old and is our Xcel gymnast of the month.  She is a 1st year Silver.  Kimora was chosen because at every practice she works as hard as she can with a positive attitude.  At practice she has been working on perfecting her routines for competition but also working on some new upgrades. One of her newest skills is her round off back handspring back tuck on floor.Kimora likes gymnastics because it is fun and she has fun with her friends. 

REC CLASS /Grace Kurdyna -Grace is 4 years old and currently in our advanced 4-5 yr old class, Sunbeams. She loves to practice pullovers on bars and bridge kickovers – some important skills to build for competitive team someday. She says her favorite thing to do at gymnastics is walk across the high beam like the big girls. Keep up the great work Grace.

CHEER TEAM /Bella Doll –Bella has been the program for only one year but she has grown so much in that year. She is a base. She came in to tumbling class with a walkover then quickly excelled to advance tumbling. She just got her standing spring on the dead mat as well with a round off spring. The reason Coach Lindsey chose her to be the cheerleader of the month is because she is always a great model. She is always making sure everyone is okay on the team and looking out for everyone. She’s a great leader.
